Summary

At Sidebench, I led the development of the National Song Contest Mobile App, which brought over a million users into the heart of the action with real-time voting. By incorporating gamification, we made the experience more engaging and encouraged users to get involved. With easy-to-use profiles and live voting features, we transformed the contest into a vibrant community event, making the process both exciting and smooth for everyone involved.

My Role

I enhanced client relationships by building rapport and maintaining effective communication, proactively managing stakeholder expectations through a comprehensive Stakeholder Management Plan. This involved gathering and analyzing client requirements to ensure alignment with project objectives, fostering trust, and delivering results that consistently met clients' needs.

In project management, I defined the project scope, developed the charter, and secured stakeholder approval. I employed Agile methodologies to manage iterative development, creating a project plan that included a work breakdown structure (WBS), schedule, and resource allocation. I implemented risk management processes and held regular status meetings to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments. The Stakeholder Management Plan facilitated effective communication and alignment, leading to a successful app launch that enhanced user engagement and exceeded expectations.
